Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy:

To ensure the highest level of service and preparation for your event, Captain Joe requires 100% payment in advance at the time of booking. This policy allows us to allocate the necessary resources and begin the preparation process to make your event a success. Payment can be made through our secure online payment system or directly via bank transfer. Details for payment will be provided upon confirmation of your booking.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, due to the preparations involved in planning your event, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • More than 48 Hours Notice: If you need to cancel your event for any reason, please inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled event date. In such cases, we will retain 50% of the payment as a cancellation fee to cover part of the preparations that have been made.

  • Less Than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event date will not be eligible for a refund. At this point, we have committed resources and made significant preparations for your event, and as such, we are unable to offer a refund.

To Cancel Your Booking:

Please contact us directly through email at hello@captainjoe.in or call us at +91 9899988185 to process your cancellation. We will need your booking reference number and the name the booking was made under to proceed with the cancellation.

Modifications:

We understand that changes may need to be made and will do our best to accommodate modifications to your booking. However, please be aware that changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
